Day 1

Friday, June 6: Leaving the U.S.

Day 2

Saturday, June 7: Welcome to Madrid

Arrived at the airport, a private van will take you to the hotel.

We will be staying at the H10 Villa de la Reina for the first four nights. It’s a 4-star hotel located on Madrid’s central Gran VĂ­a. The hotel has a French-inspired interior design, comfortable guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and three meeting rooms.

Day 4

Monday, June 9: Madrid walking tour

Exploring Madrid with a local guide is an excellent way to truly experience the city’s unique character. It’s best to avoid the usual tourist attractions, which you can easily visit on your own, and instead head to hip neighborhoods, popular tapas bars, and artisan shopping districts that remain undiscovered. With this private tour, you’ll have the guide’s undivided attention.

Tuesday, June 10: Free day for relax or tours

Day 6

Wednesday, June 11: We move to Barcelona

Today, we will be taking a private van to the train station from where we will board a fast train to Barcelona. The journey will take a couple of hours and we will arrive in Barcelona in no time. Once we arrive, we will be picked up by a private transfer to take us to our hotel, the H10 Madison, which is a 4-star superior hotel. We will be staying at the hotel for the next four nights.

The H10 Madison is a fabulous four-star superior hotel located in the heart of Barcelona, just a few meters from the cathedral. It’s housed in a beautifully restored early 20th-century building. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, dining options at The Avenue Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, two meeting rooms, and a rooftop Terrassa del Gòtic with a plunge pool and stunning cathedral views.

Thursday, June 12: Barcelona Highlights tour

Experience the best of Barcelona’s top attractions along with hidden gems that most tourists miss on a private, customizable walking tour. Friday, June 13: Sagrada Familia Tour

Sunday, June 15: Welcome Malaga

Today, we will go to the airport using a private transfer, where we will board a plane to Malaga. Upon arrival in Malaga, we will be picked up by another private transfer that will take us to our hotel, the Parador de Malaga Gibralfaro, which is a 4-star hotel. We will be staying at the hotel for the next six nights.

The Parador de Málaga Gibralfaro offers breathtaking views of the city from its advantageous spot on Mount Gibralfaro. It’s a perfect location to explore the city and indulge in various activities, and guests can enjoy a rooftop pool and stunning views from the rooms.

Day 11

Monday, June 16: Ronda
Nestled atop the mountains in Spain’s Malaga province, Ronda boasts a breathtaking setting above a deep gorge known as El Tajo. The city is divided by this natural wonder, with the new town dating back to the 15th century and the old town reflecting its Moorish heritage. One of Ronda’s most iconic features is the Puente Nuevo, a stunning stone bridge that spans the gorge and offers mesmerizing views. Additionally, visitors can explore the Plaza de Toros in the new town, an 18th-century bullring that stands as a legendary symbol of the city’s cultural heritage.

NB: My tours are physically active! On my 10/12/15 days tours, you’ll need to happily…

  • Carry/roll your luggage over uneven pavement (possibly several blocks) and up stairways (in some cases) to reach your hotel.
  • Travel from one city to another city by fast train.
  • Be on your feet, walking and standing, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. Comfortable shoes are raccomanded.

After orientation and transportation lessons, you’ll be able to navigate cities on your own,  keep the Hotel business card always with you, it will be easier to get back to the hotel if you feel lost.

Tour Conditions Agreement

Cancellations, refunds: Tour deposits are refundable up to 120 days prior to the tour’s departure date. Deposits made 91–150 days before a tour departs become non-refundable after 30 days. Deposits made 68-90 days before a tour departs become non-refundable on the final payment due date. If you book a tour less than 67 days before its departure date, the entire tour cost becomes non-refundable after 7 days. Once your deposit refund date has passed, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Tour price guarantee: The price for the tour you’ve selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit. (Note: Our tour prices do not include airfare and may change without notice.)

Itineraries are subject to change: Europe is full of surprises, and we need to be flexible enough to take advantage of whatever comes along (good or bad!) so that we may provide you with the best possible tour. Uncompleted portions of the tour itinerary are not caused for a refund.

Airfare: Airfare are usually NOT REFUNDABLE after the purchaise. In some cases Airline Companies can give you credit for another trip.
